Jesus commanded us to make disciples. We reach out to people and help them grow through worship, connection with others and serving. Growing together, we will work to do our part to fulfill Jesus' desire to reach out to all nations with the message of his love and grace.

To see God's love multiplied to many locations as people receive Grace and responding with GRACE as they worship, connect in small groups and serve.

GRACE: God gives His love, forgiveness, faith, and eternal life through Word and Sacrament. It all starts
with His unconditional love for us.
GROWING: Grace produces growth. This is a daily, life-long process. We seek to learn of His will, live
according to that will, and to lead others to do the same. Growth produces disciples that make disciples.
Through His power transformational change is not only possible but promised!
RESCUING: Lost people matter to God and to us. Communicating the Gospel with relevance is vital to this
task.
ADORING: Grace produces a response – lives lived to give glory, honor, and praise to God. We do this
whenever we gather for worship and prayer in both public worship and in small groups, in our private
prayer and devotional lives, and when we dedicate our lives to Him. Because God deserves our best, we
strive for excellence in all we do.
CONNECTED: God has created us to be one with one another just as Jesus and the Father are one.
Because of this we do everything in community with one another, as a church of small groups.
ENSLAVED: God has equipped all believers to be active participants in His work. We serve as God has
SHAPEd us (Spiritual Gifts, Heart, Abilities, Personality, and Experiences), striving for excellence in our
service. We recognize that the primary task of staff and leadership is not to DO ministry but to EQUIP
OTHERS for ministry.
