Meet the Trinity Preschool Staff
 
Diane Kulat
Diane attended Concordia in River Forest, Illinois, where she completed her B.A in Education and her M.A. in Early Childhood Education, and has over 35 years of experience teaching and over 20 years of experience directing. Diane has taught several Early Childhood college courses locally. Diane and her husband, Terry (see below), have served as church workers to Trinity Lutheran Church, Lisle, since September of 1974. She also taught in a Lutheran Day Care center.
At Trinity, she teaches part-time as well as directs. She especially enjoys facilitating "special class offerings", such as the Building Blocks skill-building series, and the Taste of Kindergarten preparation class.

Terry Kulat
Terry attended Concordia in River Forest, Illinois, where he completed both his B.A. and M. A. in Education. Terry began Trinity Preschool Center in September of 1974. He was its first Director, and now teaches full time. Terry co-founded HELPMATES, a Christian Support group for separated, divorced, widowed adults. HELPMATES was active for over 28 years, across the country in over 60 congregations, serving over 100,000 singles.  Terry teaches full time at Trinity Preschool. Terry has served on Early Childhood boards (DAEYC, NAEYC, NID DECE), and has been a guest speaker around the country.
 
Mary Sue Henning
Mary Sue has been a teacher at Trinity since 1990.
She holds a B.A. in Education, an Early Childhood Teaching certificate, and a Special Education Teaching certificate. Mary Sue enjoys adapting curriculum to the interests of the children. She is always looking for new ideas, utilizes new approaches in the classroom, researches information in Early Childhood field.  Mary Sue is adept in many areas, and particularly shows capabilities in the assessment of individual needs.
