Access Trinity Help Guide.
Please read through these steps for help with the Access registration system.  If you require further assistance please email Jo McCroskey.

First Time Logging In
If you are a member or regular attender of Trinity, you are a “user” and simply need to login. Go to www.trinitylisle.org/AccessTrinity  and click on Access Trinity. A login page will open.
 
!. Click the "need a log in?" link
 
2. Type in your email address, first name and last name
 
3. Click “Find Me”
 
4. The system will find your ACS file and send a temporary password to your email address that you can then change when you log in.
  • Your identity is either your user name (your name as listed in our database, not a nick name) or your email address (as listed in the database – have you changed it recently?)
  • Your password is set up by you privately, ensuring the security of your information. If you have not set up a password, click on “need a log in?”
  • An Account Sign Up window will appear. Enter your email and user name and the program will do a search for a match. You will receive an email with login information shortly.
  • If you’re using a nickname or newer email it may not be able to find you. If you cannot be found contact jo@tlc4u.org with your updated information and she’ll get you set up.
  • When creating your password you must use one capital letter, a number and at least eight characters. Ex: Johndoe99
 

 

Registering for an Event or Serving Opportunity
 
If you regularly attend Trinity or are a Member, but have never logged in to Access Trinity.
 
 
2. You will log into Access Trinity using your email or username and password. Then look for the “I want to view” box at top on left and choose “Upcoming Event Registrations.” 
 
3. Once you are on the Event Registration page, you will see ALL events for every organization. Click the “Department” drop down box and choose the organization you wish to serve (weServe, PADS, Clinic, etc.).
 
4. Click the link for the event you want to register yourself for.
 
5.Click the register button on the bottom right.
 
6.You will see a page with drop down boxes for yourself and your family members. You can register yourself and any family member volunteering at the same time by clicking the drop down registration box and then clicking “NEXT.” Do not click the ADD button to register yourself or family members. That registers you TWICE. The add button is used to register guests. Continue to click through the pages using the Next button at bottom right until you receive a confirmation number. You are not registered until you see this confirmation number.

How To Register a Guest
 
You do not have to register for an event to register a guest. Simply log in to Access Trinity, click Upcoming Event Registrations, click the blue “ADD” button and fill in the information for the guest. Email IS required even though there is not a red asterisk by the person’s name. Click the Next button at bottom right on each page until you receive a confirmation number. Multiple guests can be registered at the same time.
 
 
 
 
 
Canceling an Event  or Serving Opportunity Registration
Once you have registered for an event, you will not see the event when you go to “I want to View…Available Upcoming Events.” Now it appears at the bottom of the overview page under “My Event Registrations.”
 
 
1. Log in to Access Trinity
2. On your Overview page, scroll to the very bottom 
3. You will see “My Event Registrations”
4. Click the little red minus sign on the far right to cancel your registration.
 
 
Guests, Community Volunteers, and anyone with a different church home
To register for a serving opportunity, please contact the event coordinator directly.
Tips
  • If your email address has changed since it was first given to Trinity or if you never provided an email to Trinity, the system won’t be able to find you. Contact the church office to have your email addresses added or updated and then try the log in again.
     
     
  • Be sure you are using the name that the church database has for you. This may be a legal first name rather than an abbreviated or nickname (for example: Robert vs. Bob).
     
     
  • When creating a password you must use one capital letter, a number and at least eight characters.
