40 Days in the Word

Spending time in the word daily is an important value we teach at Trinity. To help everyone reach this goal we are joining a campaign called 40 Days in the Word. Similar to past 40 Day campaigns Trinity has participated in (40 Days of Purpose and 40 Days of Community), 40 Days in the word is a church wide weekly study of six principles of interpreting the Word of God. Together we will explore the authenticity, reliability, power, comfort, interpretation and doing of God’s Word. This six week journey will encourage spiritual growth to all its participants. The 40 Days in the Word Big Idea teaching series began on January 14/15, 2012 and run for six weeks.
In addition to this Big Idea being a focus for six weekends, we are encouraging everyone to join a small group for 40 Days and explore the six basic principles in greater detail. Small group meetings will begin January 21 and run through late February, depending on when each group completes their 6th meeting. Signing up for a groups is easy!
